Key Responsibilities:

• Process Mining & Analysis Utilize Celonis or other process mining tools to evaluate,analyze, and optimize business processes.
• Task Mining Expertise Apply task mining techniques to capture user interactions and identify automation opportunities.
• Data Integration & Transformation Work with large datasets, extract insights, and integratedata from various enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). Perform data transformation and build scalable data models to support process mining.
• Data Analysis - Analyse business processes, design and validate dashboards, and derive actionable insights to support decision-making.
• Automation & RPA Collaboration Work with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism to design and implement automation solutions.
• Reporting & Visualization Develop dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI to communicate process performance and continuous improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement Collaborate with business users, process owners, and IT teams to translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Process Discovery & Case Identification Ensure accurate process discovery with a focus on case ID configuration and event completeness.
• Continuous Improvement & Best Practices Stay updated on process mining trends, AI-driven process discovery, and automation strategies.
• Training & Knowledge Sharing – Provide workshops and training sessions for internal teams to enhance process mining adoption and process improvement methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Overall 5+ years of experience, including 2+ years of experience in process improvement, diagnostics, or process mining.

• Hands-on experience in process mining platforms like Celonis, SAP Signavio, or similar tools.

• Experience with task mining tools (e.g., SKAN AI, Celonis Task Mining).

• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Power BI).

• Experience in working with ERP (SAP, Oracle, etc.) and CRM systems.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Familiarity with RPA technologies (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism) is a plus.
