The Opportunity

Objectives Aligned To This Role

Maintain a laser-focused direction for each sprint cycle, ensuring efficient progress towards product release, and fostering strong collaboration with the development team to achieve this goal.What would you do?

• Transforms customer challenges into actionable user stories, prioritizes them, and organizes them within the product backlog.
• Constructs and prioritizes production processes, providing clear guidance for the development team's tasks.
• Actively participates in all Agile and Scrum meetings to ensure alignment between development work and the product manager's roadmap.
• Effectively communicates the customer's perspective to the development team.
• Offers valuable feedback on the validated roadmap to the product manager.
  

Required Skills

• Comprehend the product vision and contribute to its realization.
• Collaborate with the creative and technology teams to ensure that business requirements are translated into designs that fit the technical and creative constraints.
• Able to analyse business requirements and define solutions to address complex business needs.
• Familiarity with Instrumentation and Observability, Analytics for Digital journeys, tools for personalized customer experience.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders across variety of domains such as developers, QA, UI, UX, content writers and designers.
  

Educational Qualifications

• MBA/ Engineering/ equivalent technical qualification from a reputed college/ university.
• Digital Product owner experience building SaaS or Enterprise B2B and B2C products.
• Proficient in effectively communicating with internal stakeholders across various domains, including technology and business.
