Product Owner / Business Lead Analyst Vice President

As an IT Business Lead Analyst at Citigroup, your role involves liaising between business users and technologists to exchange information effectively. Your main objective is to contribute to continuous exploration of business performance and drive business planning. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop new products and features, including creating business cases, defining requirements, and tracking business priorities - Identify and organize client insights, marketplace analyses, and trends to drive new concepts - Create a product vision aligned with business priorities and develop corresponding roadmaps - Collaborate with stakeholders to fulfill delivery objectives and implement a wide variety of products and solutions - Manage and implement products ranging from data analytics to trade workflows - Provide direct business results and advice on product development strategies - Partner with business leaders and global user community to define and implement solutions - Focus on controls, governance, and risk assessment in business decisions - Supervise staff management and day-to-day operations **Qualifications:** - 6-10 years of relevant experience - Intellectual curiosity, analytical mindset, and attention to detail - Ability to build networks internally and externally - Familiarity with product development methodologies - Direct experience in end-to-end project delivery - Strong data investigation and business analysis skills - Process management knowledge and project management skills - Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred This job is a full-time position in the Business Analysis/Client Services family group within the Technology sector at Citigroup.,
