Job Role: Technical Product Owner – Azure & Data Platforms

Job Location: Noida, UP

Experience: 10 & Above Years(Rel 9 yrs.)

• Project Coordination Workflow Management Support the implementation and coordination of Agile Software Development practices across teams to ensure alignment with delivery goals.
• Handle meeting scheduling, coordination, and preparation, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up action tracking.
• Work with cross-functional teams, including programmers, data scientists, and product teams, to ensure alignment on technical requirements and project goals.
• Ensure all workflows and documentation adhere to security protocols and data privacy requirements applicable to highly regulated systems
• Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and progress summaries using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Azure DevOps, and other platforms. Liaise with clients, team members, and external vendors to ensure alignment and clarity on deliverables
• Maintain a thorough understanding of GSKs document, release, and change management processes and recommend optimizations where applicable
• Familiarity with enterprise-scale system delivery in regulated environments, preferably in the pharma industry or clinical trial domain

Must-Have

• Technical Expertise in R
• Cloud-based Systems Experience Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Experience with software project management, including tools such as Azure DevOps.
• Understanding of technical platforms such as Domino, Posit Connect, Posit Workbench, and Posit Package Manager.
• Familiarity with developer tools such as RStudio, SAS Studio, VSCode, and programming languages such as R, SAS, Python

Good-to-Have

• Prior experience in the pharmaceutical trial-related role
• Familiarity with managing highly technical systems supporting programmers and data scientists.
• Proven ability to liaise effectively between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
