Role Overview
We are looking for a Product & Operations Intern who will play a key role in ensuring smooth execution of our AI-driven workflows, analyzing data, and generating actionable feedback. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, analytical, and eager to learn about product operations, process optimization, and AI-driven recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities

AI Interview & Candidate Process Monitoring

• Oversee the execution of AI interview workflows and ensure process accuracy.
• Monitor AI interview recordings to track candidate performance and flag inconsistencies or malpractice.
• Ensure smooth functioning of system processes with minimal errors.

Product Data & Feedback Analysis

• Collect, organize, and analyze operational data from interviews and platform usage.
• Identify trends, recurring issues, and opportunities for product improvement.
• Generate structured feedback reports for the product and tech teams.

Operational Support & Reporting

• Document and escalate technical/operational issues affecting performance.
• Provide insights on process efficiency and recommend workflow improvements.
• Maintain accurate records and dashboards for tracking interviews, system issues, and feedback.

Coordination & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of candidate support, and operational activities.
• Prepare and share regular reports on candidate experiences, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Available for a 6-month hybrid internship (remote + occasional Noida office presence).
• Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Google Suite; familiarity with data handling and reporting tools is a plus.
• Interest in Product Management, Operations, Data Analysis, and AI technologies.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work proactively.
