Product Operations

As a part of the team at CRED, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Business teams to understand platforms, systems, and architecture for information & process flow. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying failure nodes and conducting in-depth analysis to determine the source and reasons for failures - Maintaining regular communication with key team members across the organization, ensuring seamless coordination with Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Data analytics, and other partner teams - Tracking core business metrics related to the product suite and developing plans for product/business improvement - Developing a deep understanding of the product, business, workflows, APIs, customer experience, fund flows, lender expectations, dashboards, and reports - Taking ownership of the end-to-end customer journey interactions, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with stakeholders to enhance the experience in a scalable manner - Applying first principles thinking, questioning norms, and leading new projects with measurable goals and business impact - Utilizing structured problem-solving skills to identify root causes and implement solutions - Demonstrating hands-on experience with Loan Management systems (LMS), creating SOPs for existing issues and upcoming projects, and operationalizing products/processes You should consider applying for this role if you: - Are a graduate with 4+ years of work experience in the lending domain - Possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills - Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interacting with stakeholders and leadership - Have experience working with product-based startups (preferred) - Are data-driven and utilize data to align teams and drive strategic decisions - Have the ability to distill data into insightful stories Life at CRED is characterized by working with top talent across various domains.
