Description
As a part of the team at CRED, you will be responsible for the following key tasks: - Coordinate with multiple stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Business teams to understand the platforms, systems, and architecture for information & process flow. - Identify failure nodes and dig deeper to arrive at the source and failure reasons. - Maintain regular communications with key team members across the organization, ensuring seamless communication with Product Management, Operations, Engineering, Finance, Data analytics, and other partner teams. - Track core business metrics related to the product suite and iterate on product/business improvement plans. - Build a deep understanding of the product, business, workflows, APIs, customer experience, fund flows, lender expectations, dashboards, reports, etc. - Own end-to-end experience for customer journey interactions by analyzing the current state, identifying improvement opportunities, and coordinating with stakeholders to enhance the experience in a scalable manner. - Be curious, deploy first principles thinking, question norms/as-is processes, ideate/create, and lead new projects focused on measurable goals and business impact. - Display structured problem-solving skills, using a systematic, disciplined, and fact-based process to get root cause analysis and solve issues. - Have hands-on experience with Loan Management System (LMS), creation of SOPs for existing issues and upcoming projects, and operationalize the product/process. You should consider applying if you: - Are a graduate with 4+ years of work experience in the lending domain. - Possess strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. - Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with experience interacting with stakeholders/leadership. - Have experience working with product-based startups, which would be a plus. - Are data-driven, seeking to use data to align teams and drive strategic decisions. - Have the ability to distill data into insightful stories.
