About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Product Ops to lead operations and jobseeker adoption for Naukri Campus. This role focuses on driving large-scale student engagement campaigns, streamlining processes, and ensuring seamless students/jobseeker experiences. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional with strong cross-functional collaboration skills and a proven record of accomplishment in managing digital campaigns at scale.
Key Responsibilities
User Acquisition & Engagement:
Own long-term programs execution to drive enrollments and engagement, significantly boosting platform adoption from existing userbaseProgram support:
Support end-to-end operations of flagship Naukri Campus initiatives including Young Turks, NCAT, referral drives, and contests.Process Optimization:
Suggest improvements, streamline workflows to improve efficiency, reduce turnaround time, and minimize errors across campaign execution.Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with technology, product, marketing, and sales teams to launch new initiatives and ensure smooth rollouts.Data & Insights:
Build and manage SQL-driven dashboards to track enrollments, participation, referrals, and campaign effectiveness. Share actionable insights with senior stakeholders for decision-making.Campaign Analytics:
Own execution of programs, track metrics, take necessary actions and present post-campaign analytics.Stakeholder Management:
Ensure regular updates and alignment with senior leaders to maximize visibility and impact.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong expertise in

Qualifications
