Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

SAP Manufacturing & Supply Chain Consultant

with expertise in

SAP PP, QM, and EWM

to drive digital transformation initiatives. This role requires strong functional expertise, industry knowledge, and the ability to lead complex implementations in

S/4HANA and ECC environments

Key Responsibilities:

SAP Implementation & Solution Design
- Lead
  end-to-end SAP implementations
  for PP, QM, and EWM modules in
  S/4HANA and ECC
  .
- Define, scope, and
  design solutions
  integrating SAP modules with
  third-party tools
  (MES, LIMS, Track & Trace).
- Ensure seamless
  cross-module integration
  with SD, MM, QM, PM, and EWM.

Industry Expertise & Digital Transformation
- Bring domain expertise in
  Lifesciences, CG&S, Automotive, Industrial Equipment, Med-Tech, Aerospace & Defence, or Hi-Tech Manufacturing
  .
- Develop and implement
  digital strategies
  utilizing
  IoT platforms (Azure, AWS, SAP Leonardo, PTC)
  .
- Provide thought leadership through
  technology guidance, proof of concepts, and best practice reviews
  .

Stakeholder Engagement & Leadership
- Act as a trusted advisor to
  C-suite and senior management
  , providing strategic recommendations.
- Manage
  large-scale, multi-stakeholder engagements
  with a global focus.
- Conduct
  user training and business workshops
  to drive solution adoption.

Continuous Improvement & Compliance
- Drive
  Lean Six Sigma, Agile, and APICS CSCP methodologies
  to enhance efficiency.
- Ensure solutions align with
  industry regulations and best practices
  .
- Perform
  enterprise portfolio assessments and technology leadership workshops
  .

Qualifications & Skills:

10+ years of experience
in
SAP PP, QM, and EWM
with deep expertise in
S/4HANA and ECC
.

Proven experience in
at least two full-cycle implementations
.

Strong knowledge of
cross-module integrations
(PP, QM, MM, SD, PM, EWM).

Certifications in
SAP ECC/S4HANA, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, APICS CSCP, Agile (CSPO/CSM), or IoT platforms
are a plus.

Experience managing
large teams and multi-stakeholder engagements
globally.

Strong
analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
