Product Operations Intern

Role Objective: To support product configurations, communication setup, customer experience processes, and cross-functional coordination to ensure seamless product operations and improved app experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Support

· Assist in configuring app menus, product add-ons, discounts, subscriptions, and product filters.

· Support admin panel configurations and ensure accurate and timely updates.

· Collaborate on DLT approvals and MoEngage journey setups.

· Help execute app communications via SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.

2. Customer Experience Coordination

· Assist in app-related escalation tracking and resolution.

· Review and respond to App Store & Play Store reviews within timelines.

· Coordinate with MDM, Ops, and Store teams to support operational issues.

· Help with SOP creation and FAQs maintenance.

3. Revenue/Growth Support

· Support data preparation for cohort-based analysis.

· Assist in fulfilling marketing and growth team data and request needs.

4. Technology & QA Support

· Work with QA teams to test app and LS (Loyalty System) features.

· Log, track, and follow up on bugs, defects, or system issues across app and admin panels.

· Document and support Jira ticket creation and backlog grooming.

Key Skills Required:

· Strong attention to detail and process orientation.

· Basic understanding of app architecture and admin panel tools.

· Good communication and coordination skills across teams.

· Proficiency in Excel and documentation tools (e.g., Google Sheets, Word).

· Willingness to learn QA processes, testing, and reporting.
