Job Description

Product Marketing:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies for dermatology products.
  • Plan and execute product launches and promotional activities targeting dermatologists and other medical professionals.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competitor landscape, and emerging trends in the dermatology market.
  • Create compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and scientific content tailored to dermatologists.

Communication with Medical Professionals:

  • Establish and maintain relationships with dermatologists at top-tier institutions such as AIIMS and renowned medical colleges.
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings, seminars, and workshops with dermatologists to discuss new products, research, and treatment options.
  • Provide product training and scientific information to healthcare professionals, ensuring they are well-informed about the benefits and usage of our products.
  • Represent the company at medical conferences, workshops, and events related to dermatology.
  • Collaboration with Sales Teams:
  • Work closely with the sales team to support and execute marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment between marketing strategies and sales targets.
  • Assist in providing feedback from dermatologists and key opinion leaders to refine product positioning and marketing strategies.

Market Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for product promotion and differentiation.
  • Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

Educational Qualification:

  • B.Pharma or M.Pharma (preferred) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Product Marketing within the pharmaceutical industry, preferably with a focus on dermatology.
  • Proven track record in establishing and maintaining relationships with dermatologists and other healthcare professionals.
  • Experience communicating and collaborating with medical professionals at institutions like AIIMS, medical colleges, or equivalent healthcare organizations is a significant plus.

Skills:

  • Strong understanding of dermatology products, treatments, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with high-level medical professionals.
  • Ability to design and execute marketing strategies with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

  • Experience in organizing medical seminars, workshops, and events for healthcare professionals.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and strategies for product promotion in the healthcare industry.
