Knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions and colleges.
