Job Title: Product Executive Location: Pan India (One Executive for every 5 Medical Colleges) Position Type: Full-Time Salary: Negotiable based on experience and qualifications Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Product Executive (Sales) to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to promote and sell our medical products/services to medical colleges across India. The successful candidate will manage a cluster of 5 medical colleges and work closely with academic and administrative personnel to ensure the successful adoption and implementation of our offerings. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Promotion: Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our products/services within assigned medical colleges. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with faculty, administrators, and decision-makers in medical colleges. Product Knowledge: Gain in-depth knowledge of the product portfolio and provide detailed explanations and demonstrations to college stakeholders. Target Achievement: Achieve set sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company’s market share in the education sector. Market Research: Conduct research to identify potential colleges and market opportunities for product placement and expansion. Feedback Collection: Collect and provide regular feedback from clients to the product development and marketing teams to enhance product offerings. Reporting: Regularly report on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends to the management. Training & Support: Provide necessary product training and support to key stakeholders in the colleges to ensure proper usage and implementation. Required Skills and Qualifications: Education: Bpharma / MBA / Graduate with 2 years experience in Pharma marketing Experience: Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Pharma Marketing. Experience in handling medical colleges or educational institutions is a plus. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi. Knowledge of regional languages is a plus. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels. Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented with a strong sense of initiative. Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively across assigned regions and colleges. Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and CRM software. High energy and passion for sales. Strong organizational and time management skills.
