Position Overview:
- We are seeking dynamic and strategic professionals for a Marketing / Sales role in the construction chemicals industry.- Looking for candidates with strong background in dealer distribution and channel management, with prior experience in FMCG, building construction or similar sectors.- This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with a renowned company, promoting innovative construction chemical products and driving sales and marketing across multiple regions in South India.Role and Responsibilities:
As part of this strategic role, you will be responsible for:- Promoting and expanding the sales of construction chemical products in your assigned region.- Conducting competitor analysis to understand market trends and identify growth opportunities.- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.- Managing and strengthening relationships with dealers and distribution channels.- Collaborating with the State Heads to align marketing efforts with regional objectives.- Tracking performance metrics and ensuring achievement of sales targets.- Building brand awareness and educating clients on product benefits and applications.- Identifying market needs and providing feedback for product development.Key Requirements:
Experience: 2-5 years post-MBA (from ISB/IIM or similar institutes), with relevant experience in marketing or sales, particularly in industries like FMCG, building construction, or any field involving dealer distribution/channel management.Education: A BE/BTech degree is required prior to your Master's degree.
