Position Overview:
We are looking for a Product Manager AdTech Revenue & Monetization to drive the growth of our advertising revenue monetization platform and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate has a strong background in AdTech, experience in ad monetization strategies, and a keen understanding of programmatic advertising ecosystems.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Roadmap:
Define and execute the product roadmap for ad monetization, focusing on revenue optimization and yield management.
Monetization Optimization:
Identify and implement strategies to improve ad inventory monetization, including header bidding, real-time bidding (RTB), and direct-sold campaigns.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing teams to build scalable and effective ad monetization products.
Performance Analysis:
Leverage data analytics to monitor key revenue and performance metrics, optimizing ad placements and demand sources.
Market & Competitive Analysis:
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes (e.g., GDPR, CCPA) that impact ad revenue.
Partnerships & Integrations:
Collaborate with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and third-party vendors to enhance monetization opportunities.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in product management, preferably in AdTech or digital advertising domains.
Strong understanding of programmatic advertising, ad serving, and real-time bidding (RTB) technologies.
Knowledge of demand-side platforms (DSPs), supply-side platforms (SSPs), ad exchanges, and header bidding solutions.
Familiarity with ad monetization metrics such as CPM, CPC, CTR, fill rate, and viewability.
Hands-on experience working with ad tech tools, including Google Ad Manager, Prebid, OpenRTB, or similar.
Proficiency in data-driven decision-making, using SQL, Excel, or analytics tools (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
Excellent stakeholder management and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on optimizing revenue streams.
Preferred Quali
fi cations:
Experience in E-Commerce domain will be preferred
Knowledge of machine learning and AI-driven ad optimization techniques.
Exposure to mobile ad monetization and in-app advertising.
Bonus Points:
Experience working with ad servers (Google Ad Manager, Invidi, Freewheel, etc.)
Familiarity with header bidding, ad exchanges, and SSPs
Knowledge of ad monetization across OTT platforms, Publishing or eCommerce.
