Job Title: Product Manager Location: Katargam, Surat Experience: 1+ Years Employment Type: On-site, Full-time About the Role: We're looking for a passionate and proactive Product Manager with experience in SaaS product development to join our growing team. In this role, you'll collaborate cross-functionally to shape product strategies, define roadmaps, and drive execution while ensuring an exceptional user experience. Key Responsibilities: · Define and execute product strategies for SaaS-based solutions. · Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to bring features from concept to launch. · Gather and analyse user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product decisions. · Maintain a clear and prioritized product backlog. · Create product documentation including user stories, wireframes, and release plans. · Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data and user insights. · Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Requirements: · 1+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a related role within a SaaS environment . · Solid understanding of the SaaS product lifecycle and user-centric product design. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. · Excellent written and verbal communication in English . · Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Figma, or similar. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced setting. Nice to Have: · Experience working with Agile or Scrum methodologies. · Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles. · Exposure to customer success or support workflows.
