Product Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the execution of product features from requirement gathering to launch and post-launch support.
• Work closely with engineering, QA, design, and business teams to manage timelines, scope, and delivery schedules.
• Translate product requirements into detailed user stories and maintain product backlogs using tools like JIRA.
• Ensure smooth sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives, while tracking progress and resolving blockers.
• Follow and enforce product development processes to maintain consistency, quality, and speed of execution.
• Monitor live product performance, identify issues promptly, and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve them.
• Collaborate with Product Leads and business stakeholders to align on delivery priorities.

Requirements

• 2 4 years of product management experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or lending platforms.
• Proven experience in execution-heavy roles comfortable owning delivery timelines and managing detailed workflows.
• Strong working knowledge of JIRA (or equivalent tools) for backlog management and sprint tracking.
• Process-oriented mindset with a focus on structured delivery, documentation, and consistent execution.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional tech and business teams in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders.
• Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Experience in agile environments is a plus.
