🚀 We’re Hiring: Product Manager @ Tap Health

Location:

• Own the roadmap and lead features end-to-end: concept → spec → rollout → iteration
• Define metrics & run experiments to drive measurable uplift in engagement, retention, and health outcomes
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, clinical, and ops teams
• Translate medical domain inputs into usable product decisions
• Monitor product performance and continuously optimize
• Make decisions under ambiguity and drive clarity

• 2–4 years of experience in product management (startup or tech environment)
• Execution-first mindset and a bias to ship, iterate, and learn fast
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Excellent communication and ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Preferably from a Tier-1 institute (IITs, BITS, NITs, IIMs, ISB, etc.) or with equivalent track record
• Passion for health tech, prevention, or consumer health
