We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Ludhiana. The ideal candidate will have 2-7 years of experience in pharma marketing, with a strong background in the specialty division.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement successful marketing strategies for the Ortho Portfolio.
Prepare and execute marketing mix and plans to achieve budgeted targets and market shares.
Support the sales head in sustaining high-volume brands and developing a strong portfolio of second-line brands.
Explore and identify potential market segments and new frontiers.
Liaise with the supply chain department to ensure stock availability as per billing plans.
Train the sales force on promotional strategy, USPs, and other relevant topics.
Interact and negotiate directly with customers through customer visits.
Review the effectiveness of strategies, tools, and feedback from internal customers (employees, line managers, etc.), and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
Collaborate with sales colleagues through phone calls, personal interactions, and meetings, while also traveling to locations to oversee marketing program implementation.
Manage key customer development activities including CRM.
