Job Description

Role Overview: As the Product Manager at Su, your primary responsibility will be managing the product roadmap and future development of Su and its associated services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless product functionality, prioritizing backlog, and steering the product vision towards completion. Additionally, you will review and make necessary changes to the current product strategy to support the continued growth of the product. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, prioritize, and scope development requirements for Su to establish it as the market-leading distribution switch, focusing on ease of onboarding, integration, functionality, and performance. - Gather feedback from current and potential customers to develop, prioritize, and re-evaluate the development roadmap for Su. - Manage and communicate product development releases effectively to minimize disruption to current customers and highlight the benefits to both current and potential customers. - Direct, monitor, and mentor the Su development team to achieve development goals. - Lead the UI design of new features and developments in the Su platform. - Refine the UI of partner-facing areas in the Su platform for optimal intuitiveness. - Collaborate with the Head of Sales at Su and the Connectivity Manager to evaluate and prioritize enhancement requests for Su and associated products. - Be the product champion for Su internally within STAAH and externally with partners and customers. - Contribute to the sales and marketing plan for Su and associated products/services. - Assist in developing the sales strategy and messaging for Su, including the Su website. - Prepare sales presentations for potential partners when necessary. - Collaborate with the support team to ensure comprehensive training material is available for partners. - Keep training material up to date and incorporate new functionality as needed. - Conduct training sessions on new product features with the Su team. - Define onboarding metrics and success measures to ensure partners are onboarded efficiently. - Define support metrics to ensure partners receive timely assistance. - Contribute to customer success measures to enhance customer retention. - Work closely with the Su customer success team to align the product with partner needs. - Evaluate the ROI on new product features or enhancements. - Monitor development and support costs to align with budgeted levels. - Propose features/products that offer a positive ROI across the partner base. Qualifications Required: - Graduate degree in product management, software engineering, or product leadership. - Deep understanding of industry trends and technological advancements. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Previous experience as a junior operations or development manager. - Excellent leadership, communication, collaboration, analytical, problem-solving, time management, organizational, and strategic thinking skills. - Proficiency in project management.
