Product Manager

Key Responsibilities: - Understand and document business processes, workflows, and requirements to ensure alignment of ERP components with organizational goals and operational needs. - Develop detailed functional specifications for SAP AR/Collections/Treasury components, encompassing user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for new features, configurations, technical fixes, and enhancements. - Serve as the primary liaison between business/finance stakeholders and the technical team, facilitating communication and ensuring a shared understanding of requirements and constraints. - Lead the creation and upkeep of a product roadmap prioritizing functional enhancements and addressing critical business needs. - Oversee product update and enhancement lifecycle, focusing on demand, requirements, validation, and obtaining business signoff. - Drive requirements review, validation activities, test case reviews, and user acceptance testing for new features across the SAP AR/Collections/Treasury product suite. - Ensure adherence of SAP components to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and internal policies. - Monitor the effectiveness of SAP components in supporting business operations, reporting on their impact and ROI. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies that could influence the functional aspects of ERP components. - Manage functional incidents and service requests through full lifecycle, providing oversight, prioritization, and resolution. - Provide technical and operational direction to the product team, including coaching, mentoring, and overseeing performance management processes. - Establish and maintain controls and feedback systems to monitor department operations effectively. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in a large business system environment, focusing on business analysis, business development, and/or project systems management. - Significant experience in SAP AR/Collections/Treasury solutions and financial principles. - Direct experience in managing AR/Collections operations for a global professional services organization. - SAP certification preferred. - Strong verbal and written communication skills, including cross-cultural communication abilities. - Ability to work collaboratively across global teams and cultures. - Bachelor's degree in finance, business, computer science, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience. - 10+ years of relevant experience in an ERP/SAP Financial Product function, with at least 5 years of global team management. - Possession of a current professional certification preferred.
