As we expand globally, we're seeking a skilled Remote Senior ML/AI Engineer to optimize our AI systems and build the next generation of our intelligence capabilities. Job Responsibilities: - Design and optimize AI inference pipelines to maximize quality while minimizing cost at scale. - Develop and improve natural language processing capabilities including sentiment analysis, topic extraction, and intent classification across multiple languages. - Build and maintain batch processing systems for cost-efficient AI workloads without sacrificing user experience. - Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions that deliver measurable value. - Implement evaluation frameworks and monitoring systems to ensure AI output quality and detect model drift. - Research and prototype new AI/ML approaches to expand platform capabilities, including predictive analytics and anomaly detection. - Optimize prompt engineering and model selection strategies to balance accuracy, latency, and cost. - Contribute to architectural decisions around AI infrastructure and help establish ML engineering best practices. Minimum Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field. - 4+ years of experience in ML engineering, with demonstrated work on production NLP systems. - Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML frameworks and libraries. - Experience with large language models (LLMs) including prompt engineering, fine-tuning approaches, and inference optimization. - Hands-on experience with cloud-based AI/ML services and serverless architectures. - Understanding of NLP fundamentals: text classification, named entity recognition, sentiment analysis, and text embeddings. - Experience building data pipelines that feed ML systems at scale. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote environment. Our infrastructure processes millions of reviews, orchestrates AI analysis pipelines, and delivers real-time intelligence to customers globally. We're looking for a DevOps/Platform Engineer to own our infrastructure, improve reliability, and scale our systems as we grow. Job Responsibilities: Own and evolve our cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost efficiency. Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines that enable fast, reliable deployments across multiple environments. Implement infrastructure-as-code practices to ensure reproducible, version-controlled infrastructure. Build and improve monitoring, alerting, and observability systems to detect and resolve issues quickly. Optimize cloud costs through right-sizing, reserved capacity planning, and architectural improvements. Implement and maintain security controls including network isolation, secrets management, and access policies. Support multi-region deployment strategies for improved latency and disaster recovery. Collaborate with backend engineers to optimize serverless architectures and event-driven systems. Establish and document operational runbooks and incident response procedures. Evaluate and introduce new tools and practices that improve developer productivity and system reliability. Minimum Requirements: 4+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles. Strong experience with major cloud platforms and serverless architectures. Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar).
