Product Manager

About Tritonium:

Tritonium is an AI-powered SaaS platform that transforms app store reviews into actionable insights for mobile product teams. We help growth-stage companies protect their ratings, prioritize the right features, and respond to users at scale. We're looking for a Product Manager to own our product roadmap, deeply understand our customers, and drive the features that make Tritonium indispensable.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
• Conduct customer research including interviews, surveys, and usage analysis to deeply understand user needs.
• Define product requirements and write clear specifications that enable engineering to build the right solutions.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and ML teams to deliver features that delight customers.
• Analyze product metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities and measure feature success.
• Work with the growth team to understand market positioning and competitive landscape.
• Gather and synthesize feedback from customers, support, and sales to inform product decisions.
• Manage the product development lifecycle from discovery through launch and iteration.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal and external stakeholders.
• Balance short-term customer requests with long-term platform vision.

Minimum Requirements:

• 4+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with at least 2 years on technical products.
• Experience working with product management, engineering, or technical buyer personas as customers.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive product decisions.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to write clear requirements and present to stakeholders.
• Experience collaborating with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs.
• Track record of shipping products that customers love and that drive business results.
• User research experience including customer interviews and usability testing.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives in a fully remote environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the mobile app ecosystem, developer tools, or analytics products.
• Background working with AI/ML-powered products and understanding model capabilities and limitations.
• Experience at early-stage startups where you shaped product direction from scratch.
• Familiarity with product-led growth strategies and self-serve SaaS models.
• Understanding of app store ecosystems (iOS App Store, Google Play) and mobile product challenges.
• Experience with product analytics tools and A/B testing frameworks.
• Design sensibility and experience collaborating with UX designers.
• Technical background or ability to read and understand code at a basic level.
