Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Product Manager to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 6-9 years of experience in product management, with a strong background in retail finance.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Be the first line custodian of all products, critically analyzing performance on the ground and highlighting gaps and lapses.
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed in letter and spirit.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure platform performance and resolve system issues promptly.
  • Evaluate new business opportunities and optimize current channels, developing new partnerships within and outside the Tata Capital ecosystem.
  • Manage projects related to new opportunities and collaborations.
  • Drive business growth by coordinating with respective channels and sales teams.
  • Initiate and execute marketing campaigns as requested by channels, working closely with BIU and Marketing teams.
  • Develop new products from conceptualization to launch, engaging with Product teams for specific Retail loan customer products.
  • Generate and publish timely MIS to channels, conducting market research for competition benchmarking in terms of product proposition and process flow.
  • Drive fee revenue through Insurance and Other Cross-Sell products, carrying out process improvement projects to enhance ease of doing business and customer experience.
  • Develop training content for employees on product knowledge and focus on building new partnerships, engagements, and digital journeys with external vendors.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams like technology and operations to evolve the user experience through new technology or process changes.
  • Gather understanding of customer experience, identify gaps, work on new ideas to grow market penetration, and drive overall business goals.
  • Work closely with BIU, risk, and analytics teams to explore new segments, analyze customer portfolios, and build new product offerings.
  • Liaise with stakeholders from the Business Intelligence team, risk, and analytics team to identify new segments and explore opportunities.

  • Post Graduate/Graduate in any discipline.
  • Strong understanding of retail finance and product management principles.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in driving business growth and improving customer experience.
