Product Manager - Pharma AI

We are an AI-native startup building AI for regulatory compliance in the pharmaceuticals and life sciences sector. We’re looking for a product manager with domain expertise in regulatory affairs for Pharma / Life Sciences to join our core team. This role combines domain expertise with product leadership, making you the bridge between industry workflows and cutting-edge AI solutions.

The ideal candidate is an analytical team player who will be responsible for leading a team of high performing individuals who own the entire product lifecycle from strategy to evaluation. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities. 

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the product roadmap for AI-powered regulatory compliance workflows in pharma.
• Translate regulatory and business requirements into clear product specs and user stories.
• Partner with SMEs and QA to validate compliance-critical features before release.
• Own product metrics: adoption, workflow automation efficiency, compliance accuracy.
• Support GTM teams with product positioning, demos, and customer onboarding.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in product management / solutions consulting / pre-sales in SaaS, life sciences IT, or regulatory tech.
• Strong grasp of enterprise workflows (RA submissions, compliance documentation).
• Can

  talk both languages:

  pharma SME <-> AI engineers <-> customers.
• Has the storytelling chops to evangelize with early adopters.
