Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our Workplace Experience technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the product vision, strategy, and execution of innovative technology solutions that align with our clients' needs and business objectives for our Offshore Delivery Centers (ODC). The role is responsible for ODC end-to-end technological experiences, which at a high level includes
Create the product vision and strategy and align with key stakeholders. Be the voice of the customer to cross-functional product development teams Manage the entire product lifecycle from strategic planning to tactical execution. Seeks feedback on use of product and features to ensure a human centered approach towards a frictionless environment Builds and maintains relationships with facilities stakeholders Partner with engineering teams to deliver on the product roadmap. Develop and maintain quality assurance processes to deliver high-quality solutions. Establish goals and review metrics to measure the success and identify areas of improvement. Managing vendors and internal teams that support the product, to ensure optimal service Assisting in and planning the portfolios financials and TCO
Essential Functions of the Job
The Product Manager willSupport the ODC technology team in financial aspects, including budgeting, procurement and managing independence and privacy reviews. Create metrics to demonstrate the product's business value. Align roadmaps with other Product Managers to optimize the user experience. Prepare business change materials and industrialize the product. Plan, budget, and sponsor the investment portfolio to deliver new product features. Knowledge and Skills Requirements:
History of working credibly with diverse stakeholders up-to Partnership level Adapts personal communication style to the style of others, develops rapport and stays calm under pressure or when escalating issues Strong verbal and written English Ability to work with people and vendors in a variety of cultures, countries and time zones Able to utilize Emotional Intelligence to navigate the interactions and complexities of the business environment and drive leadership performance in oneself and in others Proven experience in product management Experience in diverse technology consulting environments A firm grasp of Innovation environments, User Experience and Technology Infrastructure Passionate, committed and determined Required Technical Skills Expertise in IT Service Management (ITSM) frameworks such as ITIL. Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and ODC specific networking (VPNs, MPLS, SD WAN etc.) and delivery methodologies. Deep understanding of IT Networking, Cloud and various types of VPN solutions Familiarity with Windows based desktop and virtualization solutions
Other Requirements:
The role has a global scope and requires periodic early or late meetings to support global stakeholders and to manage escalated issues. Some minimal travel may be required to support planned activities.
Job Requirements:
Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related field.
Experience:
Approximately 3 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager role and 8+ years in Information Technology roles
Certification Requirements:
ITIL Foundation Agile/Product certifications strongly desired
