Product Manager - Native Cloud Platform

About The Role

• Define and own the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teamsEngineering, DevOps, Design, QA, and Complianceto deliver scalable, secure, and customer-centric solutions.
• Lead backlog grooming, sprint planning, and product execution using tools like JIRA.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of features and enhancements on GCP-based infrastructure.
• Prioritize features and technical debt while balancing short-term deliverables with long-term strategic goals.
• Drive implementation and adoption of DevSecOps practices using tools like Cycode, Checkmarx, Fossa.
• Monitor and optimize system health and performance using observability tools like Dynatrace.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather feedback, define KPIs, and measure product success.
• Maintain compliance, security, and cloud governance standards across the product lifecycle.
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, ensuring clarity and transparency at every Skills & Qualifications :
• 6+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a tech-driven or SaaS environment.
• Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and related tools like Cloud Run, BigQuery, Terraform, Airflow.
• Familiarity with Python, Angular, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Proficient in using JIRA for agile product lifecycle management.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Strong understanding of cloud security, compliance, and cost optimization practices.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Experience managing technical products from conception to launch, including support and scaling to Have :
• Exposure to LLMs, machine learning, or AI/ML product integrations.
• Prior experience working with third-party code analysis or license compliance tools.
• Certifications in Product Management or GCP Cloud (e.g., GCP Associate Cloud Engineer or Product School credentials).
