Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Product Manager located in New Delhi, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Product Manager will oversee the lifecycle of pharmaceutical products from inception through distribution. Responsibilities include market analysis, product development, conducting regulatory assessments, generating marketing strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful launch and maintenance of products. Additionally, the Product Manager will monitor product performance, conduct cost-benefit analyses, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
• Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
