Join our fully remote product team to shape the next generation of digital shopping experiences.Role & Responsibilities
- Define and communicate the end-to-end product vision and roadmap for our mobile and web storefronts, aligning with brand strategy and revenue goals.
- Lead cross-functional squads (Design, Engineering, Marketing) through Agile sprints to launch high-impact features on time and within scope.
- Conduct continuous market, competitor, and customer research to identify opportunities that increase conversion, basket size, and retention.
- Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria, prioritising backlog based on data, effort, and business value.
- Track product performance via KPIs, run A/B tests, and iterate rapidly using insights from analytics dashboards and customer feedback loops.
- Serve as the primary stakeholder liaison, balancing user needs with technical constraints while championing a culture of experimentation and innovation.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- 3-6 years of end-to-end product management experience in B2C e-commerce, SaaS, or D2C environments.
- Demonstrated success delivering user-centric digital products using Scrum or Kanban frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset; proficiency with SQL, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel to derive actionable insights.
- Proven ability to craft product strategy, roadmaps, and metrics, aligning stakeholders toward common objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable presenting to executives and remote teams.
Preferred
- Experience in fashion, lifestyle, or retail technology domains.
- Familiarity with growth hacking tactics, experimentation platforms, and funnel optimisation.
- Knowledge of UI/UX best practices and tools such as Figma or Sketch.
