About the Team & Role

You will be working as part of the Supply Chain Management team with the focus on building products to drive efficiency and lowering costs across the breadth of the Supply Chain. In the SCM Product team at Swiggy, we build products for our Instant Delivery service called Instamart. It involves building products that help our procurement, planning team and Dark/Warehouse ops teams to reduce wastage and increase availability. The product team builds scalable platforms which are used by brands, vendors and central team to run daily operations smoothly. This requires hands-on experience with demand forecasting, logistics, inventory management & movement. And all of this in a real time on-demand world!! Some of the work ahead in the product stream will be building products to work closely with DataScience team to develop and deploy prediction models (Demand Prediction for Grocery & Fresh segment, replenishment), Logistics (Warehouse movement, within dark store movement) , inventory movement (Inwarding, Outwarding, RTV) and collaborate with finance team (Invoicing & billing)

>Establish & own long term vision for several products & platforms at Swiggy while strategizing , planning and influencing to deliver on the planned roadmap

>Partnering with business, operations, product, marketing, supply and Analytics teams to deliver on the roadmap while unlocking long term value for our customers and internal stakeholders.

>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategic roadmaps across Swiggy's focus areas based on the AOP targets and execute as per the aligned roadmaps

>Mentor and nurture team members at all levels to design and build differentiated experience to foster a culture of innovation & learning with high emphasis on sustainable rituals.

>Collaborate with product teams across the org to ideate and find win-win solutions on common objectives’ across multiple categories and product lines impacted

What qualities are we looking for?

>Minimum 3 years of work experience in Product Management with extensive experience in understanding of end-to-end supply chain operations -from inventory planning, fulfillment, and last-mile delivery to vendor and procurement management.

>Hands-on experience in designing, implementing, or optimizing WMS platforms or related backend workflows.

>Proven experience in building or scaling enterprise or partner-facing products within the e-commerce or quick-commerce ecosystem

>Well versed with running experiments & is considered an expert in analyzing data, showcasing a deep understanding of the 360-degree interaction effects and potential long-term impacts, can cull out the unknowns and hedge against them.

>Ability to work under pressure and deliver tangible business impact in time-critical situations
