Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for achieving strong product market fit with a simple-to-use, high-quality solution for end-user personas. You will need to incorporate disciplined customer discovery techniques and a user-centered approach to product design aligned with the focused GTM strategy. Your goal will be to deliver a 3-4X increase in end-user adoption/usage. Key Responsibilities: - Define product requirements by leveraging deep domain knowledge of end-users, conduct frequent customer validation throughout the PM life cycle, incorporate Customer Advisory feedback, Product Council feedback, and product usage data to address end-users" most pressing pains - Communicate OKR-based requirements to Engineering, collaborate with Design, Development, and Quality throughout the product management life cycle, and provide ongoing visibility with internal stakeholders and customers - Drive the vision and strategy for End-user Experience, differentiate with superior design/functionality for in-app Help & Support services, and maintain the product roadmap aligned with the market expansion strategy - Partner with product marketing, sales, and customer success to drive growth and adoption of End-user Experience while focusing on low cost of implementation and support - Manage customer issues and expectations through direct engagement with customers, sales, and CS to drive shared roadmap, resolve product issues, and deliver on product commitments Qualifications Required: - 3-5 years of experience as a product manager in the B2B tech space for commercially successful B2B products, with deep knowledge of customer service and help desk processes - Experience managing products through the $25-$100M ARR phase, designing, developing, and shipping B2B SaaS using agile methodologies - 3-4 years of experience partnering closely with UX research teams, customer advisory groups, customer success, and sales teams to drive roadmap for adoption, retention, renewal, and new logo sales objectives - Highly data-driven with intellectual horsepower, creativity, analytical skills, technical depth, and user-centered design thinking - Strong ability to prioritize, organize work, goal-oriented, and focused with excellent problem-solving skills - Ability to make data-driven decisions, take calculated risks, and drive actions based on company/product vision and roadmap - Demonstrates integrity, high moral standards, intellectual honesty, and a commitment to excellence - Strong collaborator with high EQ and empathy, able to break down organizational barriers and lift up the team Benefits: - Hybrid setup - Worker's insurance - Paid Time Offs - Other employee benefits to be discussed by the Talent Acquisition team in India Please note that the company's Applicant Privacy Notice can be accessed at https://www.keywordsstudios.com/en/applicant-privacy-notice.,
