Job Description

As a significant contributor to Hiver's growth story, you will be responsible for driving forward the product roadmap. This involves deeply engaging in understanding customers, prioritizing pain points, converting them into detailed stories, and overseeing them through to releases. You will also need to spend time understanding the competitive landscape and the unique approach Hiver takes to solving problems. Based on your experience, you will have ample ownership in defining and measuring the outcomes of your craft. This role presents an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned product professional to make a lasting impact, shape the future of the product, and revolutionize the way helpdesk solutions operate. **Key Responsibilities:** - Drive initiatives orgwide by working with a cross-functional team to ensure maximum reach and implement product changes that increase signups and improve conversions. - Ideate solutions by picking problems based on empathy towards customer pain points and stakeholder requests. Conduct market and competitive research to inform your decisions. - Prioritize and balance the product roadmap to deliver value to customers, meet stakeholder expectations, and satisfy engineering requirements. - Define product specifications that are comprehensive yet succinct, working with architects, engineers, and designers to ship the product on time and with high quality. - Enhance the product by delivering seamless user experiences, zero cognitive load, pleasing design elements, and meticulous attention to detail. - Measure outcomes before building anything and validate that the desired results are achieved. - Iterate on the above processes continuously to drive product improvement. **Qualifications Required:** - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong documentation and presentation abilities - Excellent analytical skills to dissect complex topics - Strong opinions, conviction, and ability to drive discussions and build consensus - Proven track record of building and scaling products successfully - Ability to develop simple and intuitive solutions suitable for DIY products like Hiver - Deep understanding of customer journey mapping, user segmentation, and targeting strategies - Experience collaborating closely with leadership to deliver successful outcomes - At least 2 years of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with startup or entrepreneurial experience being a plus - Experience in building helpdesk solutions, preferably in Helpdesk solutions/CRM products,
