As the Head of Channel Sales for the US and Europe regions within the HR Tech and Legal Tech industry, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and management of a robust global partner network for our HR SaaS platform, which includes integrated Contract Management and Helpdesk solutions. In this remote position that may require occasional travel to key markets, you will report directly to the CEO and Chief Revenue Officer. This full-time role calls for a strategic and visionary individual who can drive revenue growth by establishing and expanding partnerships with various types of partners across North America, Europe, and Australia. Your primary responsibilities will revolve around shaping the channel strategy and ecosystem development. This involves designing a comprehensive partner program that encompasses HR, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), and Helpdesk SaaS solutions. Your focus will be on targeting complementary partners such as CLM resellers, legal workflow automation platforms, MSPs, SIs, and partners of platforms like Zendesk and Freshworks. Additionally, you will be responsible for creating revenue-sharing models, co-selling incentives, and MDF programs to foster successful partnerships. Furthermore, you will lead partner enablement and go-to-market strategies by developing vertical-specific playbooks, conducting joint webinars and demos with partners, and certifying partners on integrated workflows. Your ability to track key metrics, negotiate global partnership agreements with industry leaders, and collaborate effectively with Product teams to align the roadmap with partner needs will be crucial for your success in this role. To excel in this position, you should possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in channel sales, with at least 5 years specifically in HR Tech, Legal Tech, or Helpdesk SaaS. Your track record should demonstrate success in building partnerships for multi-product SaaS platforms and a deep understanding of Contract Management, Helpdesk SaaS, and co-selling clouds. A data-driven mindset to optimize partner ROI is essential, along with preferred existing relationships with CLM or Helpdesk partners and familiarity with HR compliance regulations. Job Overview As an Assistant Manager - Sales, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by expanding our partner channels, managing government sales, and overseeing enterprise sales strategies. Your responsibilities will include building strategic relationships, executing sales plans, and identifying growth opportunities across these key segments. Responsibilities and Duties Partner Channel Development : Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners to drive sales and expand market presence. Identify and onboard new partners and develop joint sales strategies to maximize mutual growth. Provide training, support, and sales enablement tools to partners to ensure success in selling Neox solutions. Monitor partner performance, ensuring alignment with business objectives and KPIs. Government Sales : Develop and execute strategies to win government contracts and expand Neoxs footprint within the public sector. Navigate the government procurement process, including RFPs, RFQs, and tenders, ensuring compliance and timely submissions. Build relationships with key government stakeholders, influencers, and decision-makers to position Neox as a preferred vendor. Stay up to date on government regulations and funding initiatives, identifying new sales opportunities. Enterprise Sales : Manage the full sales cycle for large enterprise accounts, from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Understand the specific needs of enterprise customers and tailor Neox solutions to address their business challenges. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate closely with presales teams to deliver compelling proposals and solutions. Other Responsibilities: Collaborate with pre-sales and product development teams to provide customer feedback and improve product offers. Conduct Partner Management for the identification and analysis of potential partner opportunities and distribution channels Perform any other / or additional duties as dictated by the needs of the business. Must be able to travel extensively. Independently working in a team, with a flexible approach, problem solving skills, dynamic, with entrepreneurial spirit and flexibility to travel, Network Management, Voice, Video Management, IPPBX/Active Networking products & presales activities required., Cross team engagement, Unit. Skills & Qualifications Degree in Electrical/Computer/Telecom Engineering/Business/Marketing or equivalent with atleast 2-3 years selling experience in SIP, VOIP, Softswitch, IMS core, NGN core, Helpdesk Solutions, Unified Communication and IP Telephony Field is mandatory. Experience : 5+ years experience with a strong background in partner channel development, government sales, and/or enterprise sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B sales environment. Experience in selling IT solutions, software, or tech-based products to both enterprise and government sectors. Basic knowledge of Servers/Infrastructure/VM/Cloud Key Skills : Strong understanding of sales cycles, from lead generation through to closing deals. Ability to manage and grow relationships with partners, government clients, and enterprise customers. Experience with sales forecasting, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce). Strong negotiation and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of government procurement processes and enterprise-level sales strategies. Soft Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage senior-level stakeholders. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
