We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Product Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for defining, building, and launching innovative solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to execute product strategies, create detailed product roadmaps and manage the lifecycle of the product. This is an on-site role based out of Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design and marketing to ensure successful product launches.
• Gather and prioritize product and customer requirements.
• Create detailed user stories and product specifications to guide the development process.
• Assist in the creation of product documentation, including user stories, product specifications, and release notes.
• Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to inform future product improvements.
• Support the product lifecycle from ideation to launch and post-launch activities.

Basic Qualification:

• 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS industry.
• Minimum of 15 years of formal education.
• Sound knowledge in SDLC, Agile/scrum methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Qualification:

• MBA from a reputed institute.
• Experience of launching zero to one product.
• Knowledge of Escrow /Title Insurance industry, it’s processes and challenges.
