What Youll Do

We are seeking a highly motivated and accountable ProductManager capable of taking full ownership of AI-led product delivery, with astrong understanding of machine learning workflows, data-drivendecision-making, and AI product lifecycle.. The ideal candidate will manageproduct vision, features, and the roadmap, facilitate Agile ceremonies, andempower the team to deliver high-quality solutions. This role requires aproactive individual who can effectively bridge the gap between businessstakeholders and the development team, driving the product vision forward andensuring its successful execution through a well-maintained product roadmap.

What You Will Work On

- Own the productvision : Collaborate with stakeholders and product leadership to define andarticulate a clear product vision that aligns with business objectives andcustomer needs.

- Manage theproduct roadmap : Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap thatoutlines upcoming features and enhancements, prioritising them based onbusiness goals and customer feedback.

- Own the delivery :Take full responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of product features,ensuring alignment with the product vision, roadmap, and timelines.

- Collaborate with stakeholders, product management, anddevelopment teams to define and prioritise product features and refine theproduct backlog.

- Create and refine user stories with clear acceptancecriteria, ensuring that they meet the needs of both the business and thedevelopment team.

- Prioritize the product backlog, balancing customervalue, technical needs, and business objectives.

- Foster (PO) team empowerment by encouragingaccountability, open communication, and a solution-oriented mindset.

- Support the team in meeting Sprint, Program Increment(PI), and release goals by facilitating collaboration across functions andremoving roadblocks.

- Provide regular updates to stakeholders, managingexpectations and addressing changes in the product roadmap or timelines.

- Drive continuous improvement by actively participatingin product reviews and incorporating feedback into the product backlog.

- Address conflicts within the team constructively,ensuring that the team remains focused and productive

- Collaborate with AI teams to define AI productfeatures.

- Translate AI capabilities into user-centric productexperiences.

- Define KPIs and use analytics, market insights, A/Btests, and real-world feedback loops to refine features post-launch

- Stay updated on AI trends like LLMs, generative AI,agentic AI; evaluate competitive landscape for innovation opportunities

- Ensure ethical and responsible AI practices in productdesign.

- Monitor model performance and integrate feedback loopsfor continuous learning.

The skills and qualifications youllneed-

- Minimum8 years of overall experience with at least 2 yearsexperience as an agileproduct

- Strongexperience in product delivery, vision, roadmap management and backlogmanagement.

- Provenability to define and maintain a product vision and roadmap, ensuring alignmentwith business goals and customer needs.

- Provenability to facilitate Agile ceremonies and empower teams to follow Agile bestpractices.

- Experiencein writing user stories and acceptance criteria.

- Familiaritywith Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and the ability to guide teamsin using these frameworks.

- Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships withstakeholders effectively, development teams, and other business units.

- Experiencemanaging product backlogs and prioritising features based on business goals andcustomer feedback.

- Experiencein managing AI/ML products or platforms.

- Familiaritywith AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and data pipelines.

- Understandingof model deployment, monitoring, and retraining.

- Strongconflict management skills to resolve team issues and maintain a positive, highperformance team environment.

- Proficiencywith tools like Jira, Confluence.

- Certificationin Product Management or Agile (CSPO, SAFe) or AI Product Management(e.g., from DeepLearning.AI, Product School) will be a plus

- Experiencewith tools like MLFlow, DataRobot, or cloud AI platforms (AWS SageMaker, AzureML, Google Vertex AI) will be a plus
