Job Description

As a Product Manager (PM) for Digital Healthcare Solutions (DHS), your role involves defining the strategy, roadmap, and feature requirements for hardware and software products that support healthcare delivery. Your primary focus will be on optimizing clinical and operational workflows, enhancing staff efficiency, and improving patient outcomes to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the Technical Spokesperson for DHS for all technical inquiries. - Create and review all technical quotations for DHS sales team. - Organize and conduct technical workshops for end customers to promote DHS solutions. - Manage software updates and coordinate with Partners" IT personnel for seamless implementation. - Handle regulatory approvals and complaints effectively. - Take ownership of the existing customer base, ensuring continuous communication for customer satisfaction and promoting additional modules and service agreements. - Lead technical discussions in sales negotiation meetings. - Analyze project funnel, submit accurate forecasts, review Gforce funnel, and plan inventory effectively. - Monitor stock levels and coordinate with logistics to ensure availability of stocks, also responsible for tracking movement of demo inventory. - Improve project funnel monitoring to achieve forecast accuracy (+/- 5% target) and submit monthly reports. Engage in S&OP Planning and Forecasting for DHS Products. - Conduct forecast planning and review calls with sales colleagues. - Create and manage Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for DHS. - Conduct regular meetings with key customers for coverage and contact. - Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing programs to generate interest in the entire range of DHS Portfolio. - Generate leads through marketing events, customer meetings, and follow-ups. - Develop marketing tools, presentations, and offer formats for effective promotion. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in computer science or applications. - Education in IT with extensive experience in application support and customer relations. - Proficiency in basic networking and data security principles. - Familiarity with HL7, DICOM, PACS, and FHIR standards for interoperability. - Understanding of cloud vs. on-premise deployment. - Knowledge of cybersecurity in healthcare environments and India DPDP (Digital Personal Data Protection) regulations. - Familiarity with hospital accreditation standards like NABH and JCI. - Experience in network implementation, server administration (Microsoft), and SQL. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio applications, preferably with experience in a similar support function. - Deep understanding of IT infrastructure and iHIS requirements. - Advantageous to have knowledge of CSSD & OR Department workflows. - Excellent presentation and objection-handling skills. - Strong planning and implementation capabilities. - Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision. - Effective communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. - Systematic and analytical problem-solving approach. - Ability to build and maintain customer relationships. - Team player with good interpersonal skills.,
