Product Manager

Dexter Ventures Pvt Ltd are seeking a dynamic and analytical Brand Manager to drive the strategy, growth, and profitability of the BOYA Microphones brand in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, marketing, electronics/audio tech sales, and proven success in product launches, pricing, and channel marketing. The role involves working closely with internal sales, e-commerce, offline retail, and content teams to build awareness, drive sales, and enhance brand equity.

Key Responsibilities

• Brand Strategy & Positioning
• Own and drive BOYA’s brand strategy across India, aligned with global positioning and local market needs
• Develop and execute annual brand plans and marketing calendars
• Product Management & Launches
• Plan and execute new product launches in collaboration with global BOYA teams
• Define go-to-market strategies, pricing, and bundling based on competitor benchmarking and market gaps
• Marketing & Communication
• Conceptualize and run digital, influencer, retail, and trade marketing campaigns
• Lead content development for Amazon, Flipkart, YouTube, Instagram, and dealer collaterals
• Manage product video shoots, testimonials, and user-generated content
• Channel & Sales Enablement
• Collaborate with sales teams to develop BTL strategies and reseller programs
• Support modern trade, dealer partners, and e-commerce teams with promotional tools
• Ensure price hygiene and brand consistency across platforms
• Analytics & Reporting
• Analyze product/category profitability, sales velocity, and market share
• Generate monthly performance dashboards with actionable insights
• Recommend corrective actions for low-performing SKUs or markets

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
