Preferred qualifications: Ability to gather user requirements and convert them into a product idea. Ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast paced environment. Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users. Responsibilities Manage product ideas, strategy, and roadmap to improve the AI/LLM support experience to help creators diagnose and fix issues. Work with creators, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to develop self-service experiences based on AI agents. Collaborate with Engineering, UX Design, and Research teams to design, engineer, and deliver innovative and compelling product/support experiences. Partner with product teams across YouTube Business Technology (BizTech), and Google Customer Engagement to ensure Creator Support experiences fit seamlessly.
