Product Manager

As a Product Manager for Trust & Safety at the company, your key responsibilities will include: - Execution of Product Strategy: - Assisting in opportunity and solution discovery - Helping to define and prioritize product features, develop and maintain product roadmaps, and support successful product launches - Iterating on existing products to improve traction and deliver on product outcomes - Role specific tasks: - Creating a positive financial impact for the company by proactively identifying and preventing fraud - Minimizing fraud impact without compromising business interests - Setting up channels for fraud detection and action In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Structured thinking and problem-solving abilities - Strong understanding of B2C products and a passion for building customer-centric solutions - Clear communication and strong articulation skills - Ability to execute on product discovery and delivery practices - Data proficiency and analytical thinking, especially in fraud detection involving pattern recognition, anomaly detection, and trend analysis Your persona should ideally include: - 2-3 years of experience in product management within a B2C product-led organization - 3-5 years of overall experience - Exposure to user-centric product development and conducting user research - Experience in areas such as fraud, trust & safety, insurance underwriting, or credit underwriting - Optional exposure to marketplace dynamics (demand, supply) Please note that one of your work experiences or education should be from a reputable pedigree.,
