Role Overview

Product Solutioning Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Requirement Discovery:

    Engage with enterprise customers to deeply understand their requirements, current architecture, and business processes. Translate client needs into solution plans leveraging Commotions capabilities.

  • Platform Implementation:

    Lead the deployment and integration of the Commotion platform with the customers tech stack, working closely with their IT and marketing teams. Ensure

    seamless integration

    with existing databases, marketing tools, and customer data sources. Coordinate technical tasks (data feeds, APIs, custom configurations) to set up the platform for success.

  • Project Management:

    Own the end-to-end project delivery for bringing each customer

    live

    on the platform. Develop project plans, manage timelines, and coordinate cross-functional efforts (customer teams, Commotion engineering, etc.) to meet go-live targets. Proactively identify and mitigate risks or blockers, ensuring a smooth implementation journey.

  • Customer Enablement & Support:

    Provide ongoing guidance and support to enterprise users post-implementation. Conduct training sessions, periodic check-ins, and Q&A to drive proper platform usage.

    Coach customers

    on best practices in marketing automation and personalization so they can achieve their business outcomes (higher engagement, conversion, retention, etc.). Act as a trusted advisor on how to leverage Commotions features for maximum value.

Requirements

  • Experience:

    25 years in a client-facing implementation, solutions engineering, or customer success role within a B2B SaaS company.

    Prior exposure to marketing technology or enterprise software

    deployments is highly desirable.

  • Education:

    B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Technical Skills:

    Proven ability to understand and discuss software architectures and integrations. Familiarity with APIs, databases, and web technologies is a plus.

  • Marketing Domain Knowledge:

    Exposure to digital marketing, e-commerce, or customer engagement concepts. You understand how campaigns, personalization, and analytics work (experience with marketing automation or CRM tools is a bonus). B2B SaaS experience in Mar-Tech companies is highly preferred.

  • Project Management:

    Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple enterprise projects simultaneously. Experience leading

    end-to-end implementations

    or technology rollouts, including planning, tracking progress, and delivering on schedule.

  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

    Excellent written and verbal communication in English. You can confidently lead meetings with enterprise stakeholders, conduct trainings, and simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Strong client relationship-building skills and a customer-centric attitude are a must.

  • Problem-Solving:

    Analytical and solution-oriented mindset. Able to troubleshoot issues under pressure, think on your feet, and coordinate with technical teams to resolve challenges.

  • Adaptability:

    Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment. Able to quickly learn new features, especially in the AI/ML space, and adapt implementation approaches as the product evolves.

  • Team Collaboration:

    A team player who can work cross-functionally aligning with sales on handovers, supporting customer success goals, and feeding insights to product/engineering.
