Product Manager- Cattle

About the Client:

Talent Leap is hiring for a well-established and innovation-led animal health company with a strong legacy in livestock care. With a robust product portfolio and a growing footprint in the cattle segment, the organization is looking to strengthen its team with a capable and market-savvy Product Manager.

Role Overview

As Product Manager – Cattle, you’ll own the strategy, positioning, and growth of the cattle health portfolio. You will work closely with field teams, veterinarians, R&D, and marketing to build solutions that address real-world challenges in cattle health management—spanning preventive and therapeutic categories.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead product planning, positioning, and life cycle management for the cattle segment
• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive product adoption and revenue
• Collaborate with technical teams for product training and scientific content
• Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to identify gaps and opportunities
• Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and awareness programs
• Support the field force with marketing tools, product knowledge, and training initiatives
• Forecast product demand and coordinate with the supply chain for availability
• Serve as the internal expert and go-to person for the cattle portfolio
  

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  B.V.Sc. & A.H. or M.V.Sc. preferred; MBA in Marketing/Agri-Business is a plus
