Job Summary

Bluphlux is seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to join our innovative team. As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of recruitment technology by leveraging our patented AI algorithms to enhance the hiring process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement product strategies that align with our mission to revolutionize recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute product strategies that align with Bluphluxs mission and goals.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and marketing teams to deliver innovative recruitment solutions.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement.
Define product requirements and create detailed specifications for new features.
Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
Monitor product performance and iterate on features to enhance user experience and satisfaction.
Communicate product vision and updates to stakeholders and team members.

Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in a tech-driven environment.
Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with AI or machine learning technologies.
Familiarity with recruitment or HR tech industry.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
