Job Description

Hold a bachelor s degree in engineering or business (CRM/sales systems specialization is a plus).
Have 3-7 years of experience in product roles - CRM, CRO, sales workflows, real estate tech, or internal systems development.
Bring hands-on experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or custom-built CRMs).
Can map sales journeys and build structured internal workflows.
Possess UX sensitivity for internal users especially sales teams.
Have a strong analytical and process-design mindset.
Are familiar with automation, lead management rules, scoring, follow-ups, and SLA systems.
Can work closely with sales and product engineering teams.
Are comfortable with dashboards, reporting, and adoption tracking.
(Bonus) Have experience building or customizing CRMs for sales-driven teams.
(Bonus) Have worked with real estate, financial services, auto retail, or other high-involvement sales processes.
(Bonus) Have the ability to improve funnel velocity and standardize team execution behaviors.

Build and refine CRM systems that guide customers seamlessly from enquiry to booking.
Streamline sales team workflows to improve response time, accuracy, and conversion rates.
Translate real-world sales constraints into user-friendly internal tools and CRM journeys.
Set up lead flow, scoring logic, cadences, automation rules, and playbooks.
Collaborate with digital, product, and sales teams to create best-in-class funnel execution.
Ensure every customer touchpoint calls, follow-ups, reminders, nudges is structured and measurable.
Implement dashboards, alerts, SLAs, and audit loops for quality and speed.
Standardize sales processes and ensure adoption across teams and projects.
