Product Manager (AI/Platform)

About the Role

We are hiring Product Managers to work directly with the CEO/CTO on

building AI-first, platform-level products. This is a hands-on, execution-heavy PM role in a

fast-moving startup environment — not a coordination or ceremonial role.

You will be fluid across products, comfortable with ambiguity, and capable of owning initiatives

end-to-end — from problem discovery to shipping and adoption. Strong ownership matters more

than titles or past company logos.

What You’ll Do

• Product Ownership & Execution
• Own product discovery, definition, and delivery across multiple AI products
• Write clear PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Drive story grooming, backlog prioritization, and sprint planning
• Ensure fast, predictable shipping without sacrificing clarity

Roadmaps & Leadership Communication

• Build and maintain product roadmaps aligned with company priorities
• Present product direction, trade-offs, and progress to executive leadership
• Translate strategy into executable plans for engineering and design teams

Technical & AI-First Product Work

• Own what / why / how for smaller initiatives; influence the how for larger ones
• Review technical designs, APIs, and system trade-offs with engineering
• Act as a power user of AI tools in daily PM work
• Build AI-native thinking into product requirements, not as an afterthought

Wearing Multiple Hats

Step in wherever needed: launches, customer calls, internal alignment, product ops

Optimize for outcomes over rigid role boundaries

What We’re Looking For

1)Experience & Background

2–6 years of recent Product Management experience

Flexible if strong ownership is demonstrated

2)Computer Science / Engineering background or equivalent hands-on technical experience

3)Experience with AI-first, platform, or B2B SaaS products is a strong plus

Domain-agnostic candidates welcome if learning speed and ownership are exceptional

4)Core PM Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong backlog prioritization and roadmap planning
• Excellent story grooming and execution discipline
• Ability to balance speed with clarity
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and fast-changing environments

5)AI & Tooling Expectations

• Power user of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, etc.)
• Comfortable using AI for:
• Product thinking and ideation
• PRDs and documentation
• Research and analysis
• Workflow automation

6)Familiarity with modern PM & dev tools (Jira/Linear, Notion/Confluence, GitHub, analytics tools)

7)Communication & Ownership

• High bar for written and verbal communication preferred
• Ability to clearly articulate trade-offs, risks, and decisions
• Founder-level ownership: you take responsibility, not just notes

• Products ship faster, cleaner, and with less chaos
• Clear, credible roadmaps trusted by engineering and leadership
• Strong customer feedback loops influence what gets built
• You operate as a force multiplier for the CEO/CTO
