Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Product Manager role based in Hyderabad. The Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product roadmaps, defining product requirements, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery. The role includes conducting market research, analyzing data to inform product decisions, and implementing strategies to improve user experience and engagement. The Product Manager will also work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and drive growth initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.

Qualifications

• Product Management: Strong skills in developing product strategies, managing product lifecycles, and delivering results through cross-functional collaboration.
• Analytical Thinking: Proficiency in market research, data analysis, and problem-solving to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Project Leadership: Demonstrated ability to manage teams, prioritize tasks, and deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Technology Expertise: Familiarity with agile methodologies, product development tools, and digital streaming platforms.
• Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to align diverse teams and effectively communicate ideas and strategies.
• Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree is a plus).
• Experience in the entertainment or digital media industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
