At CoinedOne, we've just launched Superr, and we're on a mission to make it a beloved digital companion for families. We envision a world where technology aids a child's growth and makes daily tasks more manageable. To do this, we need to listen intently to our very first users and understand their experience from the moment they sign up.

Product Management Intern

This isn't just about managing a product; it's about building relationships. You will be the crucial bridge between our first families and our development team, championing the user's perspective in every conversation. Key Responsibilities: Your Mission

Your primary mission will be to own the early user onboarding experience and establish a robust feedback loop that will guide our product strategy.

• Early User Onboarding Champion:

  Actively engage with new families joining Superr. You will guide them through the initial setup, answer their questions, and identify any points of friction or confusion in the first-time user experience.

• Feedback Collection & Analysis:

  Become the master of our feedback channels. You will manage and engage with our Superr Insider Program participants, conduct user interviews, and systematically collect insights on what our first families love, what they find challenging, and what they wish to see next.

• Bridge to Our Core Teams:

  Translate user feedback into actionable insights. You will work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams, presenting your findings and advocating for the user to ensure their needs are prioritized in our development cycle.

• Shape the First Impression:

  Your work will directly influence the critical first impression of Superr. By analyzing early engagement and drop-off points, you will help us iterate quickly to create a welcoming and intuitive app that families want to use every day.

Qualifications:

• A degree in computer science, psychology, marketing, or a related field.
• A genuine passion for understanding user behavior and a deep sense of empathy.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must be comfortable and confident engaging directly with users.
• Strong analytical skills to synthesize qualitative and quantitative feedback into clear insights.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, with a desire to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience with apps for children or families is a plus!
