Product Management Intern

What you’ll do:

• Own the day-to-day execution of

  ReGeneva Academy

  as a digital learning product, ensuring a smooth experience for learners, instructors, and internal stakeholders
• Assist in managing the

  course lifecycle

  —from ideation and planning to creation, launch, updates, and optimisation
• Work on defining and refining

  course value propositions, learning outcomes, and positioning

  based on learner needs and market demand
• Coordinate with instructors and subject-matter experts to structure content, manage schedules, and ensure timely delivery of live and recorded sessions
• Support

  product launches

  for new courses and workshops, including page setup, content readiness, pricing coordination, and go-live checks
• Track and analyse basic

  product metrics

  such as enrolments, completion rates, learner feedback, and engagement to identify improvement opportunities
• Gather and synthesise learner and instructor feedback to recommend

  product and experience enhancements

• Contribute to improving the

  learner journey

  across discovery, onboarding, learning, and completion stages
• Support experimentation with

  marketing and growth initiatives

  (landing pages, messaging, campaigns) and assess their impact on conversions
• Help document product workflows, processes, and learnings to build scalable systems for the Academy
