Define and execute the overall strategy for the mortgage product portfolio, including new product development and enhancements to existing offerings.
Lead market research and customer insights efforts.Collaborate with senior management and business leaders.Oversee product roadmaps and ensure compliance with regulations.Manage a team of product managersDefine and prioritize product features based on customer needs, business impact, market trends, and competitivelandscape.Establish relationships with external partners.Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback.Develop go-to-market strategies for new products.Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).Drive and design entire product life cycle management for new as well as existing productsStay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes.Ensure alignment with organizational goals and customer satisfaction targets.Act as a subject matter expert in the mortgage industry.Manage budget for product development and related activities.Drive revenue targets and achieve business AUM milestones.Design contests and other marketing activities to drive the performance of the business unit
