1. B2B Franchisee acquistion . exp Stock broking industry 2. Acquisition & Revenue 3. Servicing of Existing Partners for growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Own and drive revenue targets across the assigned cluster. Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing business. Identify and tap into new market segments and opportunities. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong relationships with key accounts and corporate clients. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through quality service delivery and engagement. Negotiate pricing and commercial terms in line with business objectives. Team Management: Recruit, train, and manage a team of Sales Executives / Territory Managers. Set sales targets, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support. Conduct regular field visits, performance reviews, and team meetings. Reporting & Market Intelligence: Track key metrics including sales funnel, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts. Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to inform strategy. Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management.
