Hi,
This is regarding job opportunity with leading NBFC.
-Establish and oversee the overarching product strategy for the digital lending portfolio through partnership-led, consumer, and SME lending channels.
-Manage the whole product life cycle with an emphasis on digital lending solutions, including ideation, research, design, development, testing, and postlaunch optimization.
-Create and expand a lending architecture that is prepared for the future by integrating credit and risk, utilizing real-time decision-making, and utilizing advanced data analytics.
-Lead the API strategy to provide smooth integration with external partners including fintechs, NBFCs, credit bureaus, aggregators, and technology suppliers.
-Create and expand a flourishing ecosystem of partners while guaranteeing compliance, scalability, and agility in all integration and go-to-market strategies.
-Verify that all digital lending products follow the security, privacy, and regulatory compliance guidelines set forth by the RBI and other pertinent organizations.
-Encourage a culture of experimentation, creativity, and ongoing product development.
-Act as a strategic consultant to senior leadership, offering advice and insights on new developments in the industry and digital lending trends.
-Oversee a group of product managers and improve performance by providing strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
