Key Responsibilities :

Product & Growth

• Define, prioritize & execute product roadmap for wallet, card and allied categories
• Drive user growth including new user acquisition, activation, retention on the platform
• Identify and analyse customer behaviour, transaction trends, and retention metrics to shape roadmap decisions & growth execution.
• Translate insights into product improvements and growth experiments that move key business metrics.
• Collaborate with design, tech, compliance, and marketing teams to deliver scalable, user-centric experiences.

Partnerships

• Identify, onboard, and manage partnerships with merchants, brands, networks, and fintech enablers
• Build and structure commercial models that drive mutual value and usage.
• Lead execution for co-branded or feature-linked partnerships
• Drive internal & external stakeholders to operationalize partnerships seamlessly

Strategy & Execution

• Analyse market and competitor landscape to identify white spaces and differentiation opportunities.
• Build go-to-market strategies for new products and features
• Track KPIs and prepare performance dashboards for leadership and external stakeholders
• Work closely with founders/CXOs to define long-term product and growth strategy

Qualifications :

• 4–8 years of experience in

  fintech, product growth roles

  , ideally within wallets, UPI or consumer tech
• Strong understanding of

  digital payments, PPI, card issuing, UPI & partner ecosystem

• Demonstrated ability to

  own outcomes

  and drive execution across multiple functions
• Analytical mindset with comfort using data for decision-making
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
